The room was CLEAN, spacious, and perfect for my needs. The staff were very nice and friendly. I felt welcome. I found the location easy to access, and the car park was very convenient.
The mattress was soft. It wasn't very comfortable for me.

The cleaners prepared my room. It was super clean! it was very cute and much appreciated. the separate toilet was much better than being in the shower room. i parked in the hotel car park. It was easy to find a space!
The carpet was old. it was very worn out. when the toilet door was open, a foul smell covered the room. even when the toilet was not in use, the smell was there. Very unpleasant!

A Decent Stay

The staff was great. Maisie at Reception, George the Chef, Dexter at the Restaurant, and Sophia and the cleaners were helpful. The rooms were nicely cleaned. Breakfast was good and evening meals were also lovely.
The carpet was not vacuumed. There were lumps of dried mud. Coffee mugs had brown coffee stains inside. There were also coffee splashes outside.
